By accessing or using Barber OS and the School of Barbering platform — including all software, tools, dashboards, booking systems, business trackers, tax reports, content engines, and related services (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

The Services provide barber-focused tools and educational resources including:

• Appointment booking and scheduling
• Business tracking and analytics
• Client management tools
• Financial performance tracking and tax report generation
• Content planning and optimization tools
• Educational courses, coaching, and community access
• Income calculators and business projections

All tools are provided for organizational and informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.

We do not guarantee client growth, revenue, income, business success, booking volume, or performance outcomes. All results depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and external factors. Past results are not guarantees of future performance.

The Services include tools, calculators, trackers, reports, and estimates related to income, expenses, taxes, and business performance. These are provided for informational and CPA preparation purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Barber OS is not a licensed tax preparer. We do not guarantee tax accuracy. Tax laws vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstance. You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified CPA, tax advisor, or attorney regarding your specific situation.

Any financial or tax data entered into or generated by the platform is user-provided. The platform does not verify accuracy. Actions taken based on platform data are at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for tax filings, penalties, compliance failures, or financial decisions made using the platform.

ESTIMATE ONLY — TAX REPORTS ARE NOT TAX FILING DOCUMENTS.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered, compliance with applicable laws, and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform security.

You retain ownership of all data you enter. By using the Services, you grant School of Barbering a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely to operate the platform. We may use anonymized or aggregated data for platform improvements. We do not sell user data.

All platform elements are owned by School of Barbering and Barber OS, including software, UI, dashboards, branding, copy, and instructional materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.

The platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data handling, or disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, School of Barbering and Barber OS are not liable for lost revenue, lost clients, lost data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless School of Barbering, Barber OS, and their owners, employees, and partners from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
